You will need to bring a valid government issued ID and all the document(s) that are to be notarized.

  • Driver’s License
  • U.S. Passport
  • Military I.D. Card
  • Permanent Resident Card
  • Witnesses (if no I.D. is present)

As a Notary Public, is not an Attorney-at-Law, I will not be able to advise you about the type of notarization you may need. If you do not know what notarization is needed, please contact the person who you received the document from for clarification.

Notarial fees quoted, will include a notarial service fee and a travel fee for the first 25 miles of 30263. Additional fees of .50c per mile will be charged for distances more than 25 miles of 30265. A convenience fee will be added for services provided after hours and on holidays.

  • Services need to be cancelled by phone at 943-210-9911 or via email at sher@a4mobilenotary.com.
  • Services cancelled within 4 hours of appointment will be fully refunded.
  • Services cancelled less than 4 hours before appointment will receive a 50% refund.
  • No shows will forfeit any monies paid for services.
  • A4 Mobile Notary, LLC reserves the right to cancel any appointments before or during an appointment. Any monies paid will be refunded and the appointment will be rescheduled.
